When you draw people, plan the bodies first, then flesh them out.
This will make sure everything comes out straight and proportional.

But, I see you do what a lot of beginner artists do. (Trust me, I do it too, all the time!) XD
You change the pose so that you can avoid drawing the hands. And, you drew the feet too inward. There are more flaws, but I'm too lazy to type 'em out.

This I'll say, I love the way you do your colouring!!!
