Many people come to me asking this question because they are not sure if they can just go ahead and put them up. But I truly love it when people post threads, whether role plays or a chatter topic. So no, you do not even have to consider asking me if it is OK to post a thread. In fact I highly encourage it.
Can I invite my friend?
Do it! Referrals get treated specially as we know how important it is to have your own piece of community when surrounded by strangers! Those who do refer their friends also get a 1Million referal bonus for every active friend.
How is someone considered active?
Hm. The lines pretty fuzzy, but the easiest way is to join, create a thread and post a few times in reply to others. However, just hanging around the Community threads and chatting us up will get you noticed too. We can tell when you are making friends and it makes us happy.
How do I earn money?
Lots of ways! As your captain I like supporting our members in any way I can. While I do not flat out donate my gold to people I will give it to those who I deem deserving of it. Those who contribute to the success of this guild. Making original banners is a great start. Other ways are also easy. Post threads, if they succeed and you've made a few of them I might just randomly reward you. It means I've been impressed. Another way is to successfully maintain a Mega role play in its own subforum. while these do cost a small fee to rent each month if you can make it thrive the rewards are spectacular! Find new ways to ensure this guild runs! Send your literate friends to me, advertise (don't spam) and do your best.
If that's not enough I often start charities when my pockets are too heavy to even walk. Keep an eye out in the chatterbox for them. While you're their look for money making games and mini events!
I'm new and am not sure how to post here/or feel intimidated
No problem. If you are lost, the role playing sub forum is the top link in that little enclosure above this forum. Role plays are poster withing there (you should totally post one there, and join two others...), and always will be. But before all that this guild is based around a so called community of advanced writers. In the forum you are in now there is the welcome thread. Post there and people will flock to you. I don't mean just post once and then disappear, stick around and DEMAND the attentions of my guild ja? Every person who has stuck it out has become an important part of our "family", whether or not they have posted threads, written stories, written poems, or even role played. If you come and talk you will find every one of us will be willing to help you, cheer you on, and even point you to great threads outside of the guild.
