I love where their killed by Meiko XD
But I think it's becuase they kept wondering through the different worlds, they just kinda were trapped in their wondering...
Like...
They dreamt and they can't wake up becuase their having such beautiful(but evil) dreams in wonderland...
It's hard to explain.

Len and Rin were wandering around Wonderland, and i guess that Len killed Rin or they guess got randomly killed.
