Ok I don't know where i messed up or whats going on other than people are not reading everything they should. It's right there in the rules 2nd or 3rd line down here click the link and read these The RULES. Also the first topic in the sub forum menu read and I quote "Profiles: All profiles need to be posted here and accepted before you rp!"

Also RE: Captain assignments. First come first serve! Sage had his profile up and accepted when he was made captain. Ryouken Taichou you've been asked to post your profile and its still not up. Sorry. Same thing goes for division 3 The_Akatsuki_xMOBx_df36 has had his profile up and approved. I'm still waiting for you tranjoe to edit your profile for a final ok. Till then there's nothing I can do I'm held by my own rules. So if I told you that you could be a captain of a certain squad and you didn't get it, well there is a reason. You can always pick a different squad, or apply for LT seat with the captain of that Squad.

Also Please don't ask me if you can be a LT of a squad unless your asking to be in 1st division. Every captain runs their own division. Other than appointing them and and terminating them I have nothing to do with their squads.
