So as I was wondering through this rather cool looking forum. I can upon a realization. The was no recommendation for reading Skip Beat by Nakamura Yoshiki. In my head I heard an uproar from my inner fan girl crying out to let you all know about the witty, the humor, the strangely growing love web and as well as the mystery and drama that enfold each character. I could go on, but then I'd be ramble and I would get anywhere.
Here is an official summery presented by Manga***.com (cause I don't advertise for others unless I get paid) :
Kyoko Mogami lived solely for her childhood friend Shotaro "Sho" Fuwa. She follows Sho to Tokyo so that he may realize his dream of becoming a famous singer. But when his dream is realized, Kyoko accidentally learns the truth behind his actions of bringing her with him: He was using her as a way to help him achieve his dream of becoming a celebrity.
Shocked and enraged, Kyoko vows revenge against him by beating him at showbiz. She joins LME, the agency where Ren Tsuruga--Sho's rival and the number 1 actor of LME--works at in the hopes of realizing her dream of revenge and destroying Shotaro's pride.
Along the way, however, she will discover who she really is, make new friends, and find herself in interesting situations that will change her life forever.
So that how this lovely, yet complicated. Rich, but simply. Deadly humorous, yet serious series starts.
Fair warning this manga is a continuing manga, nearly 20 volumes and goings. You need heart, determination, and a strong stomach ( cause you will laugh till you throw up, I had a personal lesson on that, not literally though) to handle this manga. Are you will to go the distance.
