bio: After running from cops everyday (usually for fun) this man decided to take his style to the big leagues at an event named Battle Machine. Owning all events...a crew named Togue UNION took an intrest in his cornering skills. After being invited to race with the crew at multiple tracks...all couldn't keep with his record scores. No one else challenged him going sideways...until rumors got to the crew leader and drift king Aki that he was too afraid and had no chance to beat him. After taking the match as a pink slip winner take all drift match...Noe stood victorious and won the hyped RX-7...to this day Noe lives up to his elusive status from rockport...
