During the commercial break, they actually had time to bring shoes to Marxx. Wrestling in sandals was probably not the wisest thing unless you're in a pudding match... Which is not the case right now.
Marxx came closer, looking at Josh. He charged, offering to lock-up with him.

Joshua watched Marxx, but he quickly thought and attempted to use Marxx's charge as a way to toss him to the mat with an arm drag!

When Cartwright came into the ring and towards Joshua, Tyler springboarded to the top and attempted to take Cartwright to the mat with a flying headscissors takedown to stop him from Joshua doing the damage to Marxx!

Tyler impressively takes Cartwright off his feet with a fantastic Flying Headscissors! The crowd cheer as Cart rolls back out of the ring, learning his lesson!

Although this is a tables match, what Joshua was really doing was trying to soften up Marxx's arm so he wouldn't be able to lift either of them up to put them through one.
Tyler simply slid out of the ring and got back on the apron, cheering on his partner.

The strategy was smart, no doubt about that. Marxx rolled on his side, holding his arm and shoulder in pain.

Joshua released the arm and attempted to pick Marxx up to his feet. If this would work, he would attempt to send Marxx over to Cartwright and his corner with a hard irish whip on the arm that he'd been working on.

That Irish whip was probably the most painful Marxx has ever been put in! Pulling an arm that could be injured... Owch!
