OK folks, I want to hear weekly goals from you all. Post a post, any day of the week, and set your goals for the week ahead. When the week is done, edit your post with a recount of what you got done and what you didn't.
Include things like stuff that will enable you to do the things you want to and stuff that you did extra, how did you feel about these things while you were doing them? Did you meet your goals, what stopped you if you didn't?

My goals from now till next Wednesday.
~Do three 15 min sessions of my exercise game (yeah, wii's are frickin awesome : P ) ~Go on a bike ride twice (from home to the close mall, should be 25 min) ~Eat a salad with dinner/for lunch every day.
END OF WEEK REFLECTION:
[ heart ] [ whee ] [ :Heart: ] 15 min sessions exercise. [ :Heart: ] [ heart ] Bike rides. [ 3nodding ] [X] [ whee ] [ heart ] [ :Wink: ] [ :Whee: ] [ :Whee: ] Salad every day.
I think I slammed my goals. : P Except for salad, there were a few days where instead of doing exercise video, I went on a walk, but I definitely rode my bike and I had either salad or a plate of veggies every day in some fashion. : D Except friday... it was bad day. : P

Wednesday WEEK TWO!
I'm upping my goals a little.
Salad every day. [ heart ] [ heart ] [] [] [] [] []
Go on bike ride twice. [] []
Go to aquacise three times [] [] []
Don't wildly overeat at my parents place. [] [] [] []
These are some pretty challenging goals. I'll sub going for a bike ride at my parent's place if I can't get to aquacise while I'm there, but I'll take my bathing suit just in case.

Go to the gym for at least an hour 4 times
