I heard that the fee is to open new Sub forums.
And this is an experience I've had from being a Mod in several guilds, and hanging out in a large guild.
Sub forums are ignored as all living hell. And I mean it, individuals tend to pay attention to the main forum, because it's easier to keep up with rather than non-new post showing sub forums, there's no way to know someone has posted something new unless you're very active, un lazy, and pay attention.
It's a mistake done many times, and it causes undesirable sub forums that are never ever used, and furthermore cannot be undone. ^__^;; Just saying, as the guild is small too, I think it'd be wiser to keep it all hunched in the main forum, keeping a nice flow of threads going on.
This is just advice, but it's something I really can't stress enough, it's the Guild Captains choice... but I really, really, recommend it's not done... It WILL I promise affect desire to be active. For some reason people just don't feel attracted to checking sub forums because the main forum gets much more attention.
Anyway this has gone on long enough and I must go prod my new PSP accessories I just bought.
