Personality:Jin's personality ranges from calm to angry at various moments, and his words and actions hint toward the bitterness within. Once Jin's mind is focused in any particular direction, it is very difficult to get him to change or even notice the events and people around him.
Biography/History:Jin,even from when he was a child,was a serious person.He hated the everything wrong and evil and wanted to take a noticeable stand against it.One day a devil called Mijima,attacked Jin in his dreams.He lost the battle and the evil consumed him.After waking up,he thought it was only a dream,but it was all to real.Now with the devil gene inside him,he started to have nightmares.2 months passed after that night.Jin was walking the streets late at night after coming from a fight.A gang member did a random shooting and Jin got hit was a bullet.He died in the hospital and his soul was walking the streets.Jin thought that the devil gene had left him after he died but he was wrong,very wrong.A hollow had attacked him after being attracted to the devil gene.He fought for his life but the devil gene took over and battled the hollow.Once destroying the hollow,Jin gained control.Few days after,a shinigami came and sent him to the Soul Society.He wandered around Rukongai for a few years after dieing.He then entered the shinigami academy to help him gain control of the devil gene present inside him.He passed the shinigami academy with flying colors.He quickly became a captain due to his skills.Currently,he fights for the Soul Society with his life as a thank you while at the same time fighting the evil that shares his body.
