Sorry this didn't push through right away because I haven't given my approval. I thought I'd connect in Taiwan but failed to do so. Anyway, I'm back now.
I approve of this. A lot of members will like this and we can apply Peebles' system again. We can also have moderators guide those who need help in RP-ing, if ever.
As for Shinzo's idea, it sounds kinda Naruto-ish for me. Perhaps if we get to discuss it in a separate thread, I could give more on my view of it. For now... I'm still unsure whether we should have it in the guild or not.
By the way, I didn't want to bring this up here but I might forget it later. Remember Renji brought up something about a petition sub-forum where the members post their suggestions and other members get to vote on it right? I'd also go for that. Members will have a chance to voice out their opinions for everyone to see.

Speaking of Peebles' system, didn't he propose a kido/skill system for each squad as well? Perhaps its time we brought that back.
