This forum is to be used for all NPC bios that are relevant to the game or plot. Anbody adding NPCs should ask a mod for approval first especially if mutants are going to be used. The bios do not have to be as extensive as the ones used in the regular bios first.

Description of Mutant Power:
Source of Mutant Power: Naturally Inherant Genetic Mutation
Pros: Mantis is very fast to act and attack in close range, with arm movements that are, literally, faster then the eye can follow, giving him an edge. He is also quite flexible, with long, lanky limbs. This mobility and speed adds to his normal strength, giving him a boost.
Cons: He can do nothing else but that. He hs nothing but that power-wise.
Level of Mutant Power's Effect (1-5): 3 He can strike as fast as a mantis in close range, and is very cunning, using the surounding to fight. He also uses deception and lighter then normal weapons to strike faster then he could with heavier weapons.
Level of Control over Power (1-5): 5 He has honed his speed and abilitys to add force to his blows, and to attacks asoundily rappidly. being an expert in both schools of Mantis Kung Fu helps too.
Willingness to use Powers (1-5): 3 Mantis uses his powers only on the job, otherwise, he prefers to be inconspicous.
Effect Powers have on Lifestyle: Mantis is a hired soldier, if he didn't have his powers, he'd be an accountant. Since he has mantis powers, and is a male, he has no interest in the opposite sex. His morals have definalty been warped by his having his powers.
HISTORY

Age 0: Born into his family, which has a strong military history.
Age 5: Enters school, proving to be very tatented moving his hands, begins to
play the Piano.
Age 8: Becomes able to snatch flys out of mid-air.
Age 11: His brother is drafted into the Vitenam War.
Age 13: Powers manifest, parrents try to have him drafted into the war to have his brother sent home.
Age 14: Excepted into the army, after brief training, deplyed into the warzone. Brother killed in attack.
Age 16: When the war ends, Mantis disappears.
Age 28: Reappears, working as a hired figher in the chinese underworld, now fully master of his powers nad trained in martial arts, he fights with a large horse sword or two small sword. He moves both much faster then anyone would think.
Age 36: Returns to USA to live in CA, spends time earning and education.
Age 40: Discovered to be an excelent merc. he's hired and starts his life removing problematic people.
Age 43: Gets a five year contract with the kingpin, agrees to do any kill if he is sent 7 Mill. and the information.
Age 46: After a few months break, he takes his current job, to finish lade jade's job.
