3 months after the destruction of the Allspark. Megatron is dead, the key to Cybertron is destroyed, and with it all hope for Cybertron. Autobots and Decpeticons from all over the galaxy have traveled to Earth at the call of their leaders. Now the war has begun anew with the humans fighting alongside the Autobots in order to protect their world.

Lord Starscream, the newly christened leader of the Decepticons, has organized a special strike team of his warriors to head to the Sahara Desert to find a shard of the Allspark that has just revealed itself. In answer to this Optimus Prime had gathered a team of newly arrived Autobots as well as human NEST teams and has sent them to stop the Decepticons knowing that the fragement might be enough to revive Megatron. The battle will soon begin.
