and actually now you can get arceus legitly lol but only noobs will use it since you get it at lv 100 that means you can't ev train it crying lol.

Numbur_9 Okay...let's handle a few matters here.
Numbur 1: The Darkrai/Arceus issue
For this tournament, NO UBERS OR ALL UBERS!
Firstly, for no ubers: no Palkias or Mewtwos or Groudons. A Mewtwo or Raquaza or Palkia will handle most teams, if trained right, unfairly.
I will not use ubers in this tournament and I should think that others won't as well if they want to avoid spamming the Pokemon that some just simply won't have.
For example, I could pull out my Leafgreen Mewtwo on you, but how fair would that be for the person that only had the DPPt. combo and no Darkrai or counter Mewtwo to fight back? It's not.
Some people will not have an easy time when they're facing a Dialga with only a Weavile, Luxray, Salamence (which could potentially kill him still), Porygon-Z, Infernape, orAlakazam at their disposal?
In truth, these Pokemon could in fact eventually take down a Dialga if trained properly and with some luck here and there, but most people do not IV breed or EV train to handle legendaries like some of us do.
For the sake of this, a no uber rule would have to be in place.
OR...
All ubers would make it to where Arceus and Darkrai could be involved...well, not Arceus really yet, but Darkrai is legit (believe me, it's true for I cannot hack Pokemon and I received it the way Dust described at Toys R Us).
Now, I've handled my share of Giratinas and Palkias online with just a standard team before, but I have also had a Darkrai in case someone is cheap enough to only have legendaries (note: this is in Pokemon Battle Revolution).
This of course would require people to look for a few high powered legendaries to put on their team which can be somewhat taxing and harder to handle for those without the old games, but it would promise that those that don't belong in the tourney would know ahead of time.
You could of course still go in with just regular Pokemon but they must be properly trained so use at your discretion and caution.
Now...
I usually applaud the "no ubers" rule because it makes everything a lot simpler. Only Standard and below. That means you guys with your buffed up Darkrais and Mewtwos will have to use normal Pokemon that can fight each other.
UBER LIST:Smogon's uber listNumbur 2: I tentatively would like to be in this tournament as well. I have always had bad luck with location when it comes to these tournaments (router location and wifi connection) and would like to get in this one, so sign me up. WELL first of all I AM HOSTING THIS HALLABALOO AND I say NO TAKEING OVER MY JOB

Arecus/Darkrai ban is a good start but i can just see someone uber sweaping this tournament if there is a no uber ban lol.
