Unfortunately you'd probably have a hard time trying to find a store that sells them, your best bet is to buy online. Although when I was looking for atheist atom rings awhile back all I came across were some pretty crappy looking sites with some mediocre looking jewelry.

http://evolvefish.com/fish/jewelry.htmlHowever, if you've already done a google search and didn't find anything you liked which is why you're asking here, then I think its worth noting a handful of jewelry stores are willing to make custom jewelry for you if you explain to them what you want... its not cheap though... a cheaper (but still expensive) way to do it would be to get a necklace with a blank surface that you can have engraved with whatever you want.
