Chrono is billed as being 7'6" he is actually shorter. (Around 6'6")
The idealism behind this is because of his "Presence" is meant to instill fear and his dominance into his opponent(s).
This is why he can do 'impossible' moves that normal big guys cannot, because he's not really BIG. He's just referred to as a big guy, as should in matches.

That's my current understanding as it was explained to me somewhere around a month ago...
