Cooro the Mute Wuff Cuire~ *looks down* I don't know how to swim... Keanu tilted his head a bit and blinked for a couple of time while he stared at his friend. " You don't?....really?" How come he didn't know how to swim? Keanu couldn't imagine what he would do if he couldn't! still this gave him an idea, perhaps this could be his chance to thank him for all the tasty treats Cuire always gave him.
" Well, then don't you worry! I'll teach you how to swim!" He sounded quite proud of himself for coming up with the idea and bright smile appeared in his face,after all..what could be better than going for a swim with his friend?

Cuire smiled, holding his whisk tightly to his chest. "You'll really teach me how to swim? That would be wonderful!! Then, when my brother feels depressed, I can go talk to him!" The little twilf seemed to be very excited, taking the other's hand into his own, and holding onto it tight as the slowly approached the water.
"What should I do..? Should I take my apron off?"

Keanu nodded and smiled even more " Yup!! I'll teach you so you can visit your brother!! Just like Nim does! ^3^" The phyri giggle, delighted to see Cuire so excited.
As he took Keanu hand into his own he couldn't help to blush a bit, and suddenly he realized he felt all warm and fuzzy inside, but the young one had no idea why. As they got closer he looked around for a place that would be not so deep, so he could get started. Keanu then looked back at his friend and nodded " yup..you should take it off so it wont get wet!"
He decided to go ahead and get into the water while Cuire got ready. " oh, lucky Cuire! the water is so warm today!"

Cuire nodded, taking his apron and scarf off, putting it on a dry rock, and laying his whisk across them. He then came up to the edge of the water, his arms wrapped around him as he faced the unfamiliar coolness.
"O-okay, Keanu... I'm getting in.." He slipped a foot in, then another, then walking until he was waist deep.

Keanu watched as Cuire gt into the water and smiled " Good! you are not afraid of it..then you'll have no problems learning!!" He giggled and made his way towards the Twilif and took both his hands
"ok...we are going to go a bit deeper...i'm here so you have nothing to worry about n.n " he then started walking backwards, taking both of them a bit deeper into the lake " now.. our bodies float in the water as long as we keep breathing..soo i want you to lay on your back and just relax and let if float n.n"

Cuire nodded, but didn't let go of Keanu, opting to cling to Keanu's neck. "No no no, Not ready to let go!" He whined, hiding his eyes against the other's neck. It was one thing to splash in the shallows, but it was another to actual give up on safety and hand it to another. "I.. I think I'll stay like this for a while.. Not ready to let go.. Not ready to die."

Keanu tilted his head for a bit but then smiled and passed his arms around the little one " It's ok Cuire..this is just your first time and you are doing great so far!" he giggled and hold him closer to him " it's ok to be afraid the firsts times but let me tell you something...i'm not going to let you get hurt ok? and i'm no going to let you die..."
Keanu smiled sweetly at Cuire and came up with an idea " oh! i know what we can do!! how about you ride on my back, hold on close to me and i swim around?"

"O-Only if you promise me that You'll keep me safe.." Cuire was still Unsure about going that deep, but he still didn't want to seem like a big scaredy cat... He got onto Keanu's back, clinging to him for dear life. "Don't let me fall, kay..?"

Keanu nodded and smiles reassuringly "I swear i'll keep you safe Cuire"
As Cuire got into his back and clinged on him Keanu put his hands over Cuire's to calm him down a bit " it's ok.. I wont let you fall n.n...here we go"
Keanu started moving a bit deeper into the lake and swam around slowly , this were the times his tail came in handy as it helped him to move around smoothly. "how are you feeling Cui?"

By this point, Cuire was all but crying against Keanu's back. "It.. It's scary.." He whimpered. "Keanu.. T-Take me back!!"

Keanu sighed a wee bit disappointed, but at the same time he was expecting that...it's just that he expected Cuire to freak out at the beginning " all right...here.look we are heading back to the shore!"
Keanu stepped outside of the water still with Cuire in his back and smiled sweetly at him over his shoulder.

Keanu smiles warmly at him and nods " yes..i think it a bit early... but you did really great Cuire!" Right now he was just happy that Cuire felt safe with him.
"It's ok Cuire...i'll always be there for you when you need help!" walks back to where the twilif's stuff was so he could get his apron back on. " well...you must be tired...how does a little after swim nap sounds?"
