Read the stickies. That will help you familiarize yourself with how the guild works.
No one is PMing you. If that were how it worked, we wouldn't need the guild space.
Make a sketchbook thread in the Mentee forum and people can help you as you work. Find a mentor in the Mentor forum if you want one on one dedictated help. Just make sure you read the stickies for each forum.
