Steampunk Games
These games are undeniably steampunk. Most of them were designed intentionally as steampunk games or with steampunk in mind.
Games with Steampunk Elements
These games do NOT meet any commonly accepted definitions of "steampunk," though they may share any number of common aesthetic, ideological, or functional elements with true steampunk works.
The games in the lists above have been gathered from various posts around the guild, as well as the far corners of the Aethernet. Inclusion as a "true" steampunk game is rather strict. Inclusion as a "game with steampunk elements," on the other hand, is quite lenient.
Most links redirect to Wikipedia when possible. Most properly written Wikipedia pages include an "Official Site" link. If no Wikipedia page exists, the link should redirect to the game or developer homepage.

Improvised weaponry, Dieselpunk machinery, geothermal power, Big Daddy enemies (diving suit designs)
The Burning Wheel (Pen & paper RPG)
No dedicated setting, but friendly to anachronistic fantasy
Chrono Trigger (SNES, PS1, DS)
"Robo" character probably steam-powered, other mechanical automatons; anachronism-like storyline
