Mari flew back hitting her head against the tree. Ow that really hurt She thought. He's finally showing something
She smiled.Is that all you got Cornelious? Hmm if you want some real power try this.Her light blue eyes turned white and the elements came to her. Earth in the form of vines, water turned ice at her hands, fire light blue from her hair, wind bending trees around her. He hasn't seen anything yet
Mere est ele! Fire and wind encircled Corny, vines wrapped around him and ice held him in place. Mari walked up to him.
Real power is uncontrollable sweet chaos. Heh, your really cute when you try to be all mighty y'know that? You have such a long way to go.



Roxzetta watched them carefully.
"That b***h will get hers. I'll get her for this."
Roxzetta kept on hitting the force field again and again.
"LET HIM OUT!!!" She screamed and the psychic energy around her left a slight crack on the surface.

Lolita nodded to Roxzetta in encouragement and continued sendng lightning bolts down and attacking the force feild. Eventually she decided to get serious and clapping her hands brought booms of thunder down with powerful soundwaves. One way or another. This force feild ain't lasting long. Especially not with you letting out Thunder now. Your coming a bit fast huh? And Roxzetta already made a few cracks I think. Really? sweet!

Lolita stared at Roxzetta with wide eyes watching all the cracking and energy on the forcefeild. She couldn't hear anything from her covered ears but it was easy to imagine the rage in Roxzetta's voice and the force feild peices sounding like glass. Holy crap! No wonder she said to cover the ears! Yeah. Especially since your ms Queen of Sensitive Hearing. She is definitely powerful. Eeeesh... I wouldn't wanna piss her off. And I thought I could be scary. Sure you probably could but your not usually so direct. What the hell? Why won't this stupid thing break already?!? Lolita's short temper was kicking in along with everyone else showing off. and she decided to screw it all. Power swirled around Lolita along with emotional rage, sadness, and everything else comming into the mix. Her eyes turned a bright shaded mix of yellow and wight-blue. "Roxzetta. Cover your a**." Oh crap... Lightning started raining down violently in flashes of light and energy almost blinding while it also came from Lolita's hands. Thunder attacked the dome in waves and bangs of brute force explosions of sound.

Corny thought about this and could see in some ways how it was true. He noted to himself how jealousy and anger had driven Mari mad into hitting on him and starting all this insanity. He also noted with a pang of guilt how it might have affected both Roxzetta and Jannae with some of there freinds and how is little visit to Jannaes room must've hurt worse on different levels. It's also what hurt Mrr. Conscience too! Just because she let it drive her mad he had to pay the price for it! No way in hell will it happen to me! Corny decided enough was enough. He had learned somethings about himself and some of the others from Mari and his conscience but now he wanted to sit down maybe have a talk, maybe sort stuff out or maybe just go to bed and hope his conscience comes beck. "You know what Mari?" He said quietly. "You're right." Corny thumped his fists on top of annother, spread his arms upward then outward in a circular florish "Systandomethandas!!" Darkness and forces rushed in around Mari from all sides along with a much larger wave going over them both and upwards at the forcefeild. Corny had to strain and put up a little will but eventually the forcefeild burst from the top with a sound of shattering glass as the dark force rushed out. Corny managed to crawl out panting slightly. My master would probably be proud of me...if i had one anyway. Maybe Mr Conscience if he was here

Lolita saw a hand appear on the ground and stopped calling lightning before she fryed it. Doing all this had exausted her but she wasn't one to just stop and drop. Hm...That doesn't look like a girl hand. You think maybe it's him? "Oi!!! Roxzetta!! It's him! Corny's right there!" Lolita ran over to help Corny up. She then heard the screaming and looke up at Mari in the cloud of darkness and slapped Corny in the face. "You moron get her out!! She might've pissed us off but you can't kill her you idiot!" Lolita summoned up some more last dregs of power and called down lightning bolts hitting around Mari to try and drive off the darkness with no effect. A few thunder booms hit around with nothing happening and Lolita sank slightly hissing in breath. "Let her out you dumb idiot! Or else GOT IT?!" s**t s**t this is bad! This is very very bad!! That lunatic. What the hell is the matter with him?? Nothing. He just doesnt know what he's doing and what can happen. He probably just scared himself shitless doing that.

They came at her with needles.
"No please don't hurt me" Mari sobbed.
A white light shone so bright that it blinded her.
Am I dead? Did they kill me? She thought.

Roxzetta ran over to Corny and slapped him. Even though he took away the darkness from killing Mari and sent her white light she was still furious.
"You could have killed her or us with that act what the hell were you thinking? We're going to be in so much trouble... and the nurses! They're probably part of this I have to find Jannae and Bryce. We have to get out of here. Agh! You need to think about these things."
Corny just looked at her and arogantly smiled like he accomplished something good or that he was better than everybody else.
His feelings won't change he and Mari are a perfect match
She shook her head. "This was pointless. You know you better help your girlfriend over there, she looks delirious."

Lolita's eyes were still somewhat yellow with cat slits from her earlier rampage with the lightning. She was still on more of the reserved, evil, cold demon side than the normal human bored side of herself. Idiot. It's his own damn fault. Because she pushed him. And he has no idea what he's doing, don't forget. Maybe if someone had trained him now or before hand. It's still his own fault. Maybe if he hadn't been shy or trying to play for Roxzetta. He could have done something different. There's always a choice. Heh. Suuuuure. Well either way you should probably get back inside. Me thinks there shall be hell to pay. Lolita was fuming a bit and gave Corny sometime to himself. After she hauled him gently partialy to his feet with not much trouble. "Nice showing off but time for business. We may need to flee tonight. Let's get our crap and standby. Although..... After what you just pulled....I doubt Roxzetta will wanna keep you informed." [heads back to the house to kitchen]

Corny looked at the mess left deserted all around him and felt sad and tired. His head hurt and he wished he had done things differently. Actually he wished alot of different things some bad especially since it had all happened so fast. Corny missed Mr Conscience who although annoying, was still comforting to have around in his head and always seemed to know what might be done. He still had no idea who Mr Conscience was although he had a few dim ideas. Corny wanted to just curl up in a ball somewhere deep hidden and far away where he could just cry his eyes out and scream all his anguish but he got up and forced all this to the side. It was time to prepare and escape from the hell they had contributed to. He may have felt like flying crap now but he had to attone himself by getting the hell out of here and keeping the others safe on there way out.
