EEW Upper Management made the call to get Riker "help". After being taken to Sevii Selegaria Mental Hospital, the doctors there informed EEW Officials that Riker suffers from Schizophrenia, Paranoid Delusions, Anti-social, and Dissocial personality disorders. Doctors had this to say about the matter.

Dr. Hallet: "Good Evening Ladies and Gentleman. On behalf of Sevii Selegaria Mental Hospital my name is Dr. Hallet, Chief of Medicine.. Recently we at Sevii Selegaria have acquired a patient by the name of Johnathan Riker. Now Mr. Riker has been under are care for quite some time, but it seemed that he had skipped several of he's mandatory sessions with he's assigned Therapist, Dr. Karla Sofen. Now, Dr. Karla Sofen informed us he's whereabouts and he's activities. So we informed her to retrieve Mr. Riker and bring him here for the safety of him, and others. You see, Riker is a very special patient, he suffers from a rare set of mental illnesses. Schizophrenia, Paranoid Delusions, Anti-social, and Dis-social perosnalities. This makes Johnathan Riker a very dangerous individual and he must be contained until proper treatment can be done. However over the week of he's committed he has shown a slow, but forward progress to the road to recovery. However Riker's release is determined by and only by the person who know's him best, and that would be Dr. Karla Sofen.
