Razulen, originally born as Robert Lott ( having his fathers last name at the time), and originated in the state of Texas. His parents, Kimberly and Robert, decided to move higher up North in hopes of finding better jobs and ethe chance of keeping their future childrens education from suffering. Only a year and a half after Robert was born, his brother Zachary was born in Kentucky. At that point the parents were happy, but still were looking for decent work and couldn't find anything good. It was two and a half years later that their first and only daughter, Lauren, was born. This begins with most of Roberts strongest memories from childhood, as at his sisters birth he was only four. Finally, Kim and Robert Sr. caught a break and found decently paying work up north, in Minnesota. They finally made up up to the state, with Robert being 5 years of age. He then would spend his first summer up north. He found it oddly cooler then the southern state of Kentucky, and this was nice. He soon went through to Kindergarden, and began schooling in the North as their parents planned. Through his first six years of school, he had difficulty getting along with other students. They were all well below his intellectual level, and he was interested in things outside the norm. While most kids watched cartoons, he asked questions and did research on things like Dinosaurs and evolution. This led to a incident that would change his life. In the 6th grade, a child named Matthias, who had been bullying Robert for five straight months, decided to pick on him once more. What he did not know was that Robert was not in a very good mood, in fact, he was having such a bad day, he was furious. When Matthias got to him, he would call him out with the words: " Hey, Dinoboy, whatcha up to?" Robert, fueled with anger and a sudden adrenaline rush, turned and leaped at the boy. He tackled the little spanish kid to the ground, and started to beat the living daylights out of him. When Matthias was incompacitated, he turned around and felt a surge of energy flow into his arms from the surrounding air. Every one of the kids on the playground saw what looked to be transparent ripples in the air feeding into his arms. He then bent down, and broke the little boys legs backwards, shattering his kneecaps and his ankles in the process.
After that, he blacked out, and when he came to, he found himself in the school nurses office. He was laying on a bed, with the mother of Matthias sitting next to him. Little did he know, the woman knew of her sons attitude towards Robert, because he treated her the same way. As well, she was in charge of Student Discipline, chosing whether to give out detentions, suspensions, or to report events to the principal to call the police. She would apologize and sypmathize with Robert, and said that the event would not be told to his parents and no punishment would be brought up. Robert was confused with her unusual kindness, but accepted it nonetheless. He went home that day, wondering what happened that would allow him with his frail child body to do what he did. So, from then, he did personal experiments after school, which provided results rather quickly. He found he was able to absorb 'something', and be able to do amazing things. He continued to do this, but instead it turned into training. It would not be till he was in the 11th Grade, when he took Physics that he discovered his ability was to manipulate mass. Though by this point he had made friends with several people, all of which either knew of friends who had powers, or had powers. These friends were Will ( who could transform into any living creature, realistic or fantaful ), Patrick ( who had no powers, but knew Will well ), Ethan ( who could form types of shileds made from energy ), Dan ( who wished he had powers), and Tanya ( who could read minds, and use telekinesis ). He even managed to date Tanya for a while, not minding she could read minds, as she found his was rather interesting. Though this did not last long, as another bully who picked on Robert for his choice of friends came up. Finally, he decided he had enough, and called him out to a fight after school.
The bell rang 2:20, and the kids filed out of the school. Robert skipped his usual meeting spot with his friends and headed straight for the community center across the street from the school. It was soon after getting there that the teen, Ryan Matter, came ready for a fight. It didn't last long, as he had him pinned on the ground. But things turned ugly when a knife was pulled on him from one of Ryans friends. He reach out, grabbing something and begin to absorb. What he did not expect was to hear the kid screaming. Robert looked, to see he had quite literally absorbed half of the kids arms, alongwith the knife. The kids stump of an arm was not bleeding, as his absorption was clean and was not like tearing the arm off. He then felt a rush of energy run through him, a feeling like none before. One he rather enjoyed, in a darker sense then a typical adrenaline rush. It took but a few minutes to absorb all three of them. Despite this, he knew what this meant for his life, as he could not explain how three kids who practically the whole school knew were bullying on him, disappeared. He decided to run from home that day, and go into hiding. It was pretty effective, seeing as he was able to use his ability to outrun and outmaneuver anyone who went searching for him. He felt great dispair for having to leave his friends behind, but felt indifferent on his family. His parents divorced when he was in the 9th grade, and his siblings had become less the loveable. He decided to take his mothers maiden name, Wilson, as his last name in case of emergencies. The years passed, and he on occasion had a scruff with Police, but nothing he could not handle. He was prepaired beforehand each day, absorbing more mass and matter in order to make sure he could endure gunshots and be strong enough to take on anyone, or anything, including cars. He dsicovered that the police were using technology to try and pinpoint what he would look like over time due to aging, but he had not aged physically for quite some time. He wondered what this was about, but then he remembered a study he wrote a report on in school. One on the things that age humans. He had absorbed people who were around his age, people younger then him. This sparked an idea, that lead to the murders of about 15 people across the country. He found he could slow his aging by absorbing people younger then him. Though with the added attention of the media covering the disappearances, he figured to keep this down to only backwater cities and so on. Once he reached the age of 20, he had not changed his looks past the age of 17, and no longer had to deal with the police as he kept to the Northern, more woodland concentrated states. Since then, not much is known about him except that through more murders he attained his status in the Most Wanted Gifteds, and he has been dodging police and Seekers. Occasionally people claim to spot him, but these mostly turn out to only be hoaxs or false sightings.
Personality Razulen is a very laid back kind of person, never really stressing anything, the small stuff, or the big deals. He's able to keep a level head most of the time, which is very useful in making worthwhile and efficient decisions in both in and out of combat. He's a generally nice, not really finding a reason to be angry at, or mean to anyone. He is a respectful person when it comes to anyone he comes into contact with. Even if a enemy were to spit in his face, he would still show them unwavering respect. This habit came about due to his past, and so is more so forced then naturally flowing out. When it comes to being truthful, and lying, when he feels it best he tends to either 'lighten' the truth, or lie in order to make things seem better. Though he doesn't tend to do this in a time of significant need for truth and fact, like in combat and for things involving 'evil'. He's pretty loyal when it comes to friends, putting his faith and trust in them, as well as being unbendably loyal towards them if he knows them for long enough. All in all, he's a pretty good guy in and out, with but only the darkest of secrets to hide.
Powers: Redistribution of Mass and Slight Manipulation Matter - This power basically allows for Razulen to be able to take the mass out of the surrounding environment, or manipulate his own mass, to achieve superhuman abilities. He is able to use it for increased reflexes, speed, strength, agility, high speed learning, absorption, increase his ability to take damage to his body, and many other things. He has even learned how to use his ability to obtain the mass and matter of people younger then him to keep himself from aging. So far he has gotten the process to slow his aging to a crawl. His most deadly ability is to suck in someones entire being into himself and redistrubute their body through the air in single cell particles. It takes all of his energy and causes him to pass out afterwards, but it is an instant kill move, his only one. Once he does this technique, a red mist seeps out of every single pour in his body.
Family: Razulen originally had 4 family members. A mom, a dad, a brother and a sister. They were all killed during the earlier years of 'tracking' Gifted. This was due to them feeling affiliates of Gifted not being deserving of defense from 'cruel and unusual punishment', if the Gifted's crimes are severe enough.
Other: Razulen is known for being one of the most difficult Gifted to deal with in combat due to his unpredictable amount of skill. Most people underestimate him due to his appearance. As well, he is in the top 10 Most Wanted Gifted in the country.
