Description: Though Midus knew there was a storm approaching, instead of closing the ceilings of the fighting arenas, he has instead decided to keep them open to add an interesting aspect to the next round. Instead of a nice, warm sunny day, the fighters would instead be fighting in the harsh condition of ten mile per hour winds that will sometimes gust to thirty mph, heavy rain drops (though not disturbing enough to cause total distraction to sight; maybe 20% reduction), and the occasional thunderbolt lighting up the skies. To help make the arena more comfortable for the fighters, the floor has been turned into low cut grass to help keep traction. However, if the ground is dug up too much, mud and dirt will be added to the terrain.

Despite the weather, the crowd of people have come to watch the fight, wielding umbrellas over their heads.

Special Conditions: Fire is a bit weaker here since it'll be harder to start up one without the rain putting it out. And electricity will get a bigger boost in strength, though it will also short out much faster than if wielded normally by the fighters who possess it.

Field Measurements:
Ring: 70 yard diameter

Ten Count Boundary: As soon as a fighter enters the bleachers, the count begins. The flying rule remains, as well.

This was definatly going to be a pain in the butt. Vash could already feel his day going down the tubes as he felt the gusts of wind hit is face and feel his body being pelted by the rain. He already terribly hated this arena. There were many reasons for this but for him it would be too troublesome to sit down and try and list them all for anyone who wanted to ask him about his particular likes or dislikes. He stood on the righthand end of the arena, his hands within the pockets of his jeans. Today he wore a different kind of top, one that exposed his midsection, held together by straps that created an "X" over his chest and a tightly locked clip across his pectorials. The collar of this outfit rose up behind his neck rather than lying flat. It was also quite obvious that it was stiff as if bracing his neck and back. Upon his arms, once again, were his gauntlets, in stage one of course. This time he wasnt going to wait for his opponent to prepare for the match. The generators within his gauntlets and the blade upon his back began to work quitely, a soft hum initiating as they did the job. Of course the rain wouldnt be a problem to him since everything was stored within his gauntlets and blade making it impossible for things to go ary unless they were damanged in some form. Hopefully he would not have to worry about such a thing.

Without further notion he dropped the gym bag size water jug to the ground before adjusting the pouch on the left hand side of his waist. Now he waited.

This time Joey had decided to arrive at the arena in what he planned to fight in. His Muay thai shorts, large metallic bracer dusters, and steel shin guards. Around his head was his trade mark black and white headband, which helped to keep his strange spiky hair up straight.

As he strutted to the center of the ring, he felt the harsh wind blowing against his bare chest, and grimaced. Perhaps his attire wasn't chosen wisely. The rain was pelting down and seemed to be getting heavier all the time, causing his sight to be slightly obscured, and his gauntlets to become slippy, which could work in his favour. Miraculously his hair didn't flop at all.

He exhaled deeply and gazed across to his opponent. He had made a point of disregarding pre-fight "eye-ups" as he found that they were always proven wrong, and that is was best to evaluate during combat rather than before.

KRAKOOM

Thunder rumbled in the sky, perhaps a supernatural foretelling of things to come, perhaps the sound of clouds clashing. Joey flexed his fingers that lay beneath the steel layers of his bracers. A whirring sound was coming from within the devices, as Joey looked up at the sky. If this storm continued, it could mean good things for him.

It was about time. It felt like he had been waiting forever for his opponent to show his face. He felt no need for initial introductions. Hell, they already knew each others names, no point in restating it. He just wanted to get things under way. His generators continued to build charge for his later use as he lifted his arms to a boxers guard before dashing across the mush terrian with surprising speed and ease. He did this by manipulating the water just beneath his feet with each step and turned it to ice. This ice created traction for him and increased his mobility so he wouldnt have to worry too much about falling. This small secret was easily covered by the harsh rain, melting the ice rather quickly while hindering his opponents sight of the ground at distances. Nearing his opponent he chambered his right arm, forward with his right leg to aid in the forward momentum of his now barreling forward right hand that was aimed to hit the face of his opponent as another bolt of lightning raced across the sky above.
