Description: First of all, here is the color palette:
use the grey from the door (ignore the wall unless you decide to use that color too),
teal,
dark blue/grey, and
white from the sand. Feel, free to color the sand painter however you want, but please use all of these colors and only these colors. As for where the colors go, I leave that up to you! For patterns, I would like Chinese water/cloud patterns on the main body (they don't have to be over all of the body, just in places where they look good. Reference picts.: (the wavy lines are the water marks, please ignore the lotus. Ignore the fish too, unless you think they would look good on the painter. I just don't want them to look silly.)

this picture would work too. I would like there to be some sort of bone or metal plating on the front of the forearms (not wrapping all the way around) between the wrists and the elbow.
Reference Pic.. I would like the horns to look like the ones in
this picture. I would like belly plates and fur along the spine like in
this picture. Lastly, I would like a blue, watery looking miasma around the shoulders and hips like in
this picture. He is supposed to be a water dragon, so please make him feel watery.
Total Price: I am not sure if these edits would be an extra 100k or 150k. Base price is 450k, so that would make it either 550k or 600k. Please let me know!
