I've taken the previous Idea of Psioxy's Application forum and made a new one. Please give me your thoughts on this. I decided that we cannot afford to wait around for another day. We must have this done ASAP.

I really like the over all design of it, but how are people going to fill it out?
Not too many people are going to take the time to open this in another program and fill it out that way.
I really like it.
Another thing, is the 300 word sample a min or a max?
That is going to be a question from others I guarantee it.

Well I like the idea allot, if they are to lazy to open this in another program and fill it out then we don't want them as captains XP Also, about the 300 word RP, I think that's pretty straight forward. It would be taken as a minimum, I would think people would pick up on something simple like that anyways, that's my thoughts XP Anyways, I like the idea, and if that should become a problem we can just explain that in the application thread so people understand what it is either max or min. So, lets get it up then yes?

Perhaps we can make the RP sample related to Bleach? So we can see how much about Bleach the person knows.

I don't think it should matter if the RP is about bleach, what they don't know they can learn and it shows in their outwardly talks about bleach.
300 is Min. I will post this in the Application forum in the main forum once approved. As for filling it out, as Radio has said, if they find it a true inconvenience to sit down and take the proper time to fill out the forum properly then that's not someone we really want as a captain and doesn't how true captain potential.

Since you guys wanted it up, I posted it on the Captains Application Now Through a Different Process thread. [Now with new name. XD] I stated there that it has to be sent to Renji. If anything else needs to be added there, feel free to edit.

This wasn't the one used in Coral Star. That one was made by Psioxy himself and was black and white. XD The one we're using now, however, is based on what Psioxy created before.

I Killed The Radio I wish good old Psioxy was back... Me too, but that's alright. 3nodding On a side note, can anyone help me out with the Hell Society thing, I think I'm starting to deviate from what Psioxy originally had in mind.
