10.8.04
Very early this morning, I took my newly found Rose bag and found a suitable spot to put it. During the night I kept it inside due to the late hour when I arrived home. As it turned out, that was a good thing to do. For hours and hours it poured down rain, and I fear the wind would have blown it right out of the ground. I've got a garden in my backyard and I figured that would do just fine. However, I made sure to plant it in a spot close to the house thinking that might be a better spot for the Rose Bag.
After making sure that the bag was at the right depth in the ground, I returned to the house to fetch some water for it. At the moment, I don't have anything to set out in the garden with it I'm afraid. I'll have to go shopping soon, for both the child that shall emerge from the bag and Sarria. Although I'm not one for children, it will be nice to have someone else around the house besides the little girl. The rest have already 'moved out' so to speak. Although one never really lived here in the first place, and that would be Alces.
Once I had gotten the water, I returned out to the location the bag was buried at. Sarria insisted that she help me water it, but I told her some of the other plants needed watering too, so she was distracted. While she went off and probably nearly drowned the other plants, I watered the Rose Bag, then rounded up Sarria and headed back inside.

10.12.04
This morning, I came out to the spot I planted the Rose Bag in, and sat down beside it. It was far too early for Sarria to be awake, so it was peaceful. I placed a windchime near it, on one of those hanging plant holder things that are stuck in the ground. As I did this, I spoke to it, which may have been an odd sight if any of my neighbors saw me from over the fence. Me, talking to the ground as if it was perfectly normal. It's probably a good thing it was early in the morning, and that I don't live overly close to my neighbors...or there would be an even better chance that they saw me.
A few times, I patted the dirt as if one would pat someone's shoulder, which was pretty odd I admit, but I thought it might make the Rose Bag feel, I don't know. More loved? That is, if it even can feel stuff like that yet. I just want it to be as comfortable as possible when it 'grows' into a small little baby.

10.15.04
People always say 'expect the unexpected,' and today, that's what I should have done. Although, with me being who I am, I simply walked out in the garden today to go sit by the Rose Bag I had planted to get some reading done. Little did I know, the little guy had 'sprouted' sometime during the night or early morning. He is quite adorable with those big green eyes of his.
Sarria has already taken a liking to him; which is a good thing. Now I don't have to worry about to little ones fighting all the time. I'll need to get him a few toys of his own though, so he doesn't always have to borrow Sarria's. Luckily, he 'came with' a bottle and a rattle. That just makes it two less things I need to buy for him. I'll have to thank the two that left the bottle and rattle as gifts!
I'm not sure if I'm ready to raise a baby. From what I've seen and heard they can be quite a huge responsibility. The last time I had a young one around was when I first came across Alces, but he was rather easy to take care of. Most of the stuff I needed to raise him was already within the castle.
Ah...he's crying again. Must mean the little guy's hungry. I'll have to write more about what happens with him when I have more time. It wouldn't be good if I kept him waiting. I've already learned that when he's hungry he wants his bottle fast. Not a little while later, but the exact moment he starts whining for it.
