I plan on calling it "Insanity's Children".
Basically, the story starts out with a unknown, mysterious scientist person (lol plot device) who is merely there for background info. Shunned for his eccentricies, he soon isolates himself from society. However, this existence is lonely for him, as humans are societal by nature. So he decides...if there are no people who will accept him...
...he'll make his own family who does.
Over the years, children have disappeared, ranging from newborns stolen from hospital bassinets to ten-year-olds disappearing whilst playing at creeksides. The perpetrator has been hard to track, as their behavior is erratic, and the targets seemingly random, save for the fact that they are all young. However, a thorough analyzation of each scene and its location point to a house on a hill as the center of the kidnappings, as it is closest to most of them. This house happens to be that of the estranged scientist...
When police officers come to the scene, they are startled to find the house derelict, as if not cared for often, that strange, distorted cries echo the air, and that in the living room, freshly killed only seconds before, is the scientist, a peaceful smile on his face...
They soon find that he has been killed by his "family", children of varying ages...all stolen. However, there is something not quite right about them...
He wanted his family to accept him, and so he molded them after his own visions...the children are now mutated beings, looking only half human, with various appendages and deformities...and some even have inherited his "tendencies", particularly the younger ones who didn't know their other families.
Now these children must find their own way in the world. They can choose to follow the officers and become wards of the state, or they can roam free as they choose, run away and defy society like their loving father...
Ideas? Suggestions? YES/NO/WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING, WOMAN?

This made me Think of American Mcgees Alice with the Mad hatters lab. don't know if anyones ever seen it but sounded awesome like that ^^ and yeah this is pretty amazingly deep dark sinister and intense..so....I like it ^^ I shall post a SF for it or something like that thank you once again Artemis for an amazing contribution once more. ^^
