Why is this game still $60? I mean some of the other technically advanced/popular PS3 games have gone done to $49 or under.

Is there a reason why this is still $60 even after going on 2 years of being out?

Foolish sales people that think people will buy a game like that when they can just wait a while and buy God of War 3. Chances are, you will see the price drop AFTER GoW3 is released. Their reasoning, no matter how flawed, is likely that "its a GoW clone and there is no GoW on the PS3 so we can keep its price up".

However I would argue that there are more games, far more worth my money the Heavenly Sword out there.

yes, as scary as it is, I sometimes make sense.. its horrific really. xd

Personally I have not bought the game, I almost did, but by now, there are a ton of games out there Id rather use my money on. (that and paying down my credit card bill. sweatdrop )

I've been seeing it with a price drop around here, I think $40.

It has been on my list of games to buy again, I loved the game, but $60 for a 7 hour game is a bit much...

i got it for $29.99 at gamestop a few weeks ago its a very good game and the god of war armor from gow 2 is in the game along with the blades, only as a decoration though....

I think it depends on where you are, I don't think I have seen it that cheap except when used.
