I am at a loss for words, this profile is...unsightly? Did you honestly think that you would be accepted with this? And on top of that you obviously didn't read that you cannot be an N.O. User unless you PM a request to me or Retsu, and because you didn't do so the first time, I am going to save you the trouble and tell you that you will not be an N.O. User.You need to at least form paragraphs...

Describe your looks, don't just put (My Avatar). Need to explain how you got your guitar, and you need to describe your history a lot more. Check out my or Kanda's profiles for an example.

I read the rules and changed it.
It's ok, I don't care much if I'm an N.O. user or not,
I just want to be accepted so I can RP.

Still not good enough >.> Even though we are allowing people new to RP'ing doesn't mean we're not a literate RP guild. Your profile needs more meat to it, again look at any of our profiles or the accepted profiles for what should be expected.
