I don't think you can download the client directly from the webpage. I think you need to buy the game from a game store (I could be wrong, its been a LONG time since I bought it lol).
Apart from the initial purchase fee (to buy the game) you will also need to pay each month for your first character, and additional (smaller) fees apply for each subsequent character you create.

Yeah, your gonna need a registration code. And expansions up through ToAU if you ever want to make it to 75. Well, unless you wanna solo from like 55+.
