Derrot starcat09 If Hyatt ever permanently died, Il Palazzo would settle for Excel. ...until then, Excel can keep hoping. Actually, I think he keeps making those comments about Hyatt in front of Excel just to make Excel jealous... you know, so she'll go into one of those cute hyperactive rants of hers so he can pull the rope (which happens to be his fetish). WOW...O.O......Never heard of a ROPE FETISH before......well at least its better for excel to have a man with a Rope fetish then a man whos a Necrophiliac...>>

Hmmm.
I didn't really get from the ending of the anime that Excel and Ilpalazzo would end up together, but it was obvious that Ilp. had feelings for her just based on other episodes.
To be honest, I'm a bigger fan of the manga. There's a lot more ambiguity and mystery surrounding their relationship. Ilp. actually seems to hate her in it, which is a little more interesting.
I laughed SO HARD at the key episode!
Good memory.

That episode was almost as scary as ep. 26 sweatdrop But I still laughed SO hard XD! But, I really don't think that Ilpalazzo hates her in the manga either. She just gets on his nerves. A lot. Or at least that's what I think....

It made me sad in the three serious episodes near the end when Il Palazzo Shot excell in the heart and she lost her memory. I liked it in the end when they got together. I always hoped that they would end up together. BTW does any one have an answer for where Il Palazzo got his powers?
