There was once two brothers. They used to be amazing friends, always by each others side and having an amazing time. But then things changed. Nobody really knows the exact details, it happened so long ago, but from what they've told it was a girl who came between them. And this girl was a vampire. She turned the brothers and was killed by hunters after. Both changed. One brother became more thoughtful, kinder, and an all around nicer person. The other became a cruel, ruthless, and thoughtless person. They both had a skill for business and decided to open slave shops. About a week later, they found out they were across the street from one another. This brought back old arguments and now the two businesses are competing against each other. The slaves who go to Open Key find happier and more helpful slaves. Those who go to Closed Lock find bitter and uncooperative slaves. Both types have their uses and their disadvantages. So which will you choose to buy from?

Open Key
Owned by a young man named Tristan, he is a fair and kind gentleman. His shop is large and more like a hotel than anything. The front desk is set up almost like a lobby with small area to wait for your turn and a number to know when you'll be served. Now a days, the numbers are in the millions, but who really minds? Tristan has had this shop open for a century and a half and has had many clients over the years. His slaves live in rooms like hotels, but they are locked. Meals are served three times a day by workers and slaves are escorted to a work out room once a day in the afternoon.

Closed Lock
Owned by a young man named Mathew, he is a sly and short-tempered gentleman. His shop is huge and old-fashioned. The front desk has a small area to wait for your turn and a number to know when you'll be served. Now a days, the numbers are in the billions, but who really minds? Mathew has had this shop open for a century and a half and has had man clients over the years. The desk lines the back wall with three workers at the desk. Mathew himself escorts Masters and Mistresses through the network of cages. It's almost like a dog kennel, really. The metal chain link fences make the cages now instead of Mathew's old dungeon style. But it's not as weak as it seems. He is careful to keep his clients away from the cages because they have an electric current running through them. Only Mathew can disable it. Meals are served once a day by the workers and him and slaves are kept in their kennels all day.

When I've accepted your Master/Mistress profile, you're free to create a home for them. Make sure the title includes your character's name and the first post has a description of their house. If you want, you can put a picture as well. Make sure that they're a normal topic, not a sticky or announcement.
Events held by Masters/Mistresses
If you're holding a ball or some event, please tell everybody what day, what time, and where it will take place. Also, I'd like you to PM me about it before hand so I can know about it before hand. You'll need to make sure that the time works for the majority of our RPers and that it lasts more than one day in reality and as long as you like in the role play.

If you want to create your own business, please PM me with all the details about it. This includes times it's open, if you're accepting workers or not, who owns it, etc. We can sort out kinks and then, when I accept it, you can post it as a sticky.
Slavery Posting
You might have noticed that there is a little Open!/Closed! 'sign' at the bottom. Posting for the slaves is always open, but this sign does apply to masters! When I'm online, the brothers open their shops and masters are welcome. If I close the shop and you are still in it, you are welcome to finish any business you've got there and leave, but no master may enter.
