I find that there are many people, with many backgrounds, who are taught many different ways of how to do something.
What I would like to know are these things:
~Are you Solitary or in a Coven? ~Who helped you start or what caught your attention first? ~Did you agree with everything in text or taught to you?
biggrin I find that simple, yet curious conversations are the best thing to get something started or to revive something.
Like this weird question: Have you licked a banana before?
o_o Don't get me wrong. I haven't licked a banana either but the curious side still remains. Lemme know what you all think.

I practice solitary
Its silly, but i was inspired by "Blue is for Nightmares" , the whole series. I started being a witch, then i went to being pagan.
I had to teach myself. And I go off a few select websites about the meanings of different herbs and stuff.
and hey! i've licked a banana before ((I hate bananas, so someone gave me 10 bucks to lick one xD))

Solitary (but then again CR is a small and spread out group at the moment)
All I did was pick up a book and read a chapter...and found myself instantly so at home I could've cried in the bookstore.
As for believing everything I'm taught/read....well I read all I can on something taking it all with a grain of salt if you will and then based on my own feelings with it, what others have said about things and what continues to pop up (with supportable evidence) I make my decisions. It may be cautious but I'd rather be cautious then have to reteach myself something because the information was horribly wrong.
And I have never licked a banana...heck usually I can hardly spell it xp

I am a solitary and I am psychic/witch from my birth. I don't really being inspired by anyone actually ; there is people I love their way of life and way of think but saying they inspired me seems a little bit too much. I am not agree with everything I can read, and I don't think that people can be in sync with everything or everyone ; that's why I didn't join a coven. First in France, it's hard to meet serious people (not guru or weirdos) and I think to be a prietess need such humility, hard to found someone without ego.
Otherwise, about people I can admire maybe all women in my family, sisters, mother, grand mothers etc... I want to have the strenght my mothers have.
