No Cybering
Do not take in character aggressions out of character. As in your character is in an argument with another player's character. You yourself are not part of that argument, nor is the other player, so keep those arguments between the characters.
Keep language down to a minimum. The more foul language included into conversations, the less appealing the guild is to new members
