Ok so every once in awhile I get...idk, this uneasy feeling...it's kind of hard to describe, but I'll try...
Ok so sometimes in my arms and legs I get this jittery feeling....like I need to shake or walk around or something...my hands shake, and it's REALLY uncomfortable...it's kind of like when you get the chills except I'm not cold...one of my friends has something like it but he goes into a full out shaking spree for a couple of seconds...I don't know if it's the same...I know it's not my blood sugar being low or not eating or needing to stretch or anything...I just don't really know, I would go to my doctor but it usually goes away overnight... So does anyone know what I'm talking about or maybe someone can describe some things that might be causing this or even something it could be?
thanks for reading

I don't really know what exactly is wrong, but I suggest seeing your doctor, even if your symptoms go away. If it's an on and off sort of thing, let your doc. know.
I was looking up causes: Stress, anxiety, overworking... I'm not sure if that's the case... But like I said, you should talk to your doctor.

I know exactly what you are feeling, I used to get it too, esp when I was younger and very anxious about something or when i was trying to write and all of a sudden became emotional... almost felt like I needed to violently move my arms legs or hands to get the feeling to go away...
if thats what it is... its nothing to really worry about... I still get it from time to time, but I find that the more relaxed about situations that I am the less it happens.
however, if you are already completely relaxed and all of a sudden your hand just spasms there could be a few nerves that are not connecting right in your brain or in your hand.... in that case I would seek medical attention.

The Shaking In Your Legs Could Be Caused By Something Called Restless Leg Syndrom But Could Only Be Confirmed By Your Doctor. If Stress Is A Factor Then That Would Also Change The Possible Reasons For The Shaking.

Krynn925- Thanks for the advice, I really should go to a doctor...I can just be stubborn and stuff, lol.
Tama Hoshi- I'm glad someone kind of knows what's going on. It's a nice feeling knowing that I'm not just weird.
Tama Hoshi/Bloody-Melons- I think stress could be a factor, it would make sense. I'm a very stressed person and all my illnesses usually have a trail that leads to 'caused by stress'.
Thank you all :]

If you find out what is wrong, would you mind posting it here?! I'm very curious to know. If not, that's totally understandable. ^ ^
I hope you figure out what's going on! Good luck. Hope we helped.

I went to the hospital because it started acting up again, like REALLY bad this time. But the doctors couldn't find anything useful..they just said that maybe it started because my body was over stressed...they gave me a low doce medicine that they sometimes give to people with turrets...so hopefully it gets better. :]
