Each thread may be viewed by anyone but they must be for a single group. It is up to the group who can commit. The Captain and Vice captains always have the right to commit. other than that they are for racial interests. IE Day elves, Vampires, Night/dark Elves,Imps and centaurs all would have their own groups. Demons in the mortal plain are mixed breeds so any one could join a demon forum.
