Coroner's office
When the body of television's most celebrated spokesman, 56 year old Billy Mays, was examined by an official coroner, it immediately showed signs that were consistent with suffocation. Marks were found on his throat that implied internal damage, indicating that a foreign object had been lodged in his esophagus. When the object was removed from his throat, it appeared to be a small orange towel, and the logo "Sham-wow" was visible in it's corner. The infamously advertised novelty item had been placed forcefully into Mays's throat, leading the coroner to the conclusion that the Sham-wow's incredible absorbency had caused it to expand inside of his throat, causing a complete blockage of airflow, leading to Mr. Mays's untimely demise.
