The best time to go would be in the summer when rains are light and tours are everywhere.

Haystack Rock is a popular sight to see due to the fact that it is the third tallest rock in the world.
It has also been featured in the movies The Goonies, 1941, & Kindergarten Cop.

The Oregon coast is also visited for its stunning Evergreen forests that cover the coast near entirety.
