Welcome to the Barton OOC Guild

Let me be the first person to say welcome! I, along with my fellow members and moderators, are happy to have you here! Without members a guild would just be a forum. ^__^
Below you will find the rules of this guild. So read up, then post your search thread, or profile, in the correct sub forum! Then wait for the private messages! Feel free to chat in the original forum too!!!

Guild Rules & Role Playing Rules

Guild Rules

● Major; Everyone knows Gaia's rules. Follow them, they are not hard.

● Courtesy; We say to go and look at others pages and comment on them. Keep the comments nice. You can tell them constructive comments, just don't bash them.

Role Play Rules

● Profiles; This guilds purpose is to show of profiles of though's who want to role play over private message. Please make sure that your profile is nice. It can be simple, sweet, and to the point. Or you can go all the way and place everything. In the end it should just look nice and be well laid out. In the sub forums there is a sticky that shows how to create a well laid out profile, if you are not accustomed to profiles take a look at that, and even others, to help bring the best of your out.

● PG 13; Within your profiles there are some things that are not allowed. This is not my rule, but Gaia's. Saying that you have no limits says that you want to cyber, which is against the rules. So please state if you have limits, if you do not then just don't say anything! What you do in private message I can do nothing about but as far as this guild is concerned your profile is PG 13.
Another thing, Incest is something that can not be placed on your profiles. Again, Gaia's rule, and again what you do in private message I can do nothing about either use another word then incest or nothing at all.

● Bumping; The point of this guild is that it allows you not to have to bump! No more flooding the pages with bumps. All you really have to do is place a profile. Our goal later for thoughs who are viewing your profiles can leave comments about the page, setup, and even if they loved the role play that you did with them!

● Private Message; When you find someone who has a page that you love and you send them a private message, please be kind and say that you have seen them at this guild. We are going to need to be promoted.

● Have fun!; The whole point of this guild is to find a partner to have fun with! So have fun creating profiles and making comments on others!

Have a problem that a crew member can't take care of, private message me and I will assist you with whatever problems you have. Also, any complaints about the guild may be sent to me.

● Crew; These are the people that will be monitoring your profiles, recruiting you to the guild, and to whom you make reports about the guild too. Be nice to them now.

Q.uestions & A.nswers

● I want to donate to the guild, how do I do that?
A: On the home page, which you can get to by clicking the home page button on the top of the screen, located on the bottom is where you can do that. Just enter the amount you want to donate then it required your password, then you have donated to the guild! And we thank you bunches!

● I have a question, who do I ask?
A: Ask either the captain, crew member, or even a member.

● How do I become crew?
A: Just ask the president. Send her a private message about why you want to become a crew member. Then she will look at your profile on the guild, and see if you are up to her standers.

● Is there any perks to being a crew member?
A: YES! Being a crew member will allow your profile to become a sticky, which means it never goes up or down in the thread. It is the first thing that people will see! However, if you do not do your job then you will be demoted, and your thread will no longer be a sticky.

● What happens if I am both Semi-Literate & literate. Or any other variation of the levels of literacy?
A: Post in which one you think suits you more. However, there is no rule about you posting in more then one sub forum. However, if you do not fit the criteria of that forum you will be deleted. Just try to pick the best one that fits you.

● Can I start a group role play in this guild?
A: Sure. If you want to start a group role play that all the members can get into that is more then welcome. If you just want to start a small group role play that is ok too. Just keep all group role plays in the Barton OOC forum, or the original forum. Also, it is your job as the maker to make sure that people follow the rules to prevent the whole thread being terminated.
