I don't know, I could actually see a good console game being made from Repo!
Maybe a dark mystery game, I mean if Lost can be made into one, why not Repo?
I don't see it being perfectly canon to the movie, but it could work with a few changes.
You could play as Shilo, and you'd have to figure out the mysteries of the past between Nathan, Marni and Rotti.
Sneaking around the Graveyard and Alleyways, making sure you keep your heartbeat slow so you don't pass out.
Having to escape the Addicts, time limits to get back before Nathan, etc.
And you could open outfits by collecting certain amounts of bugs as a small mini challenge or something.
