it seems like a very interesting story line. but i think you could do a lot more with it, and go out of the original story lines

Well it would just be boring if it did the same thing with more people, why would I do that? Anyway, I finally got the time to get this on the web.

Chapter 9
Wonderland (Yeah Right)

We didn't go very far though when Donald pulled us to a slow crawl.
"Why did you stop Donald?" I asked.
"I nearly forgot that we have to get our flight path, take a look!" Donald answered, and he pushed a button which brought up this holographic screen.
"Sweet! Holograms! So, how do we find our course?"
I was quickly answered, all of the sudden the image flickered to life and formed a star-map. Then an image of two chipmunks, one with a big red nose, appeared in the top left corner of the screen.
"You just place your finger on the world you want to go to and the devices that will help Donald navigate you to it will activate," chattered the two chipmunks.
"Alright, I can take it from here, return to your duties," I reassured them, placing my finger on the image of the world Wonderland. Suddenly many of the devices on Donald's panel started to light up, "Okay everyone, power up all systems!"
"All energy reserves at maximum!" called Albert.
"Radar operational!" shouted Goofy.
"Weapon systems on-line!" Sora whooped.
Man, I was going to have to get used to this, "Pedal to the metal Donald!"
We took off, but not unprepared; since we had all these new systems it would be easier to take enemies out. It was smooth sailing for a few minutes and I was beginning to think that we were home-free, but I guess that wishful thinking jinxed us. When we were only half way there the radar started to go crazy.
"Large fleet of ships spread from ten to two o'clock!" goofy stammered.
"It's about time, charge weapons!" I commanded.
"Weapons charged and locked!" Sora called.
"Full forward fire!” I shouted and Sora let loose, “Donald, once we get in the swarm begin evasive maneuvers; give Sora the clearest shots possible. Goofy, focus radar on six o'clock, tell us when enemies get on our tail. And Albert, keep us updated on hull integrity and all energy supplies, let's get going!"
"Alright!" they all answered.
It took a long time, there were nearly a hundred ships, and they had good piloting skills. Fortunately, Donald skills were sharper; he took us into dives, loops, and all manner of moves that I can't even begin to explain. Goofy's radar observation kept us alive several times; his information helped Donald to avoid most of our bumper riders. Plus Sora's weapons skills were second to none of these fools, he was blasting away with what looked like insanity at first, but once I looked closer I saw that nearly every shot hit its mark. Albert made sure that Sora didn't get too carried away by letting him know how much energy was left; his information on hull integrity also told Donald when he needed to start getting fancy. My emergency overrides kept us from being blasted several times, and the rest was taken care of by the others, together we were an unbeatable combination. In about a half an hour we had finished off all the ships, and Donald reset us on our original course.
"Whew.... that was fun, now, how long till we reach the destination?" I asked.
"It's coming into view now," Donald responded.
And sure enough there it was, floating there in inter-space, Wonderland. It had an odd look though, kinda like a bagpipe, once we got there we docked the ship near a hole and jumped in. It was a pretty interesting ride down; we just floated along like feathers on the breeze, seeing many strange sights that are beyond description. We then floated softly down to bottom, all of us landing nicely, except for Goofy, he fell straight on his back, and we all chuckled at his clumsiness.
All of the sudden though, the old white rabbit ran by us, yelping as he went, "I'm late, I'm late! I'm here, I should be there! Oh the Queen, she'll have my head for sure!" He then darted straight through a door on the other side of a tunnel.
We followed after this strange rabbit, curious as to what could be so important. We walked through the door and came out in a room that looked like a mix between a living room, a bedroom, and a kitchen, very bizarre. Just as we were entering, we saw that the rabbit was leaving; however, he was absolutely puny!
Sora ran up to the small door and asked to himself, "How did he get so small?"
"No, no, your simply too big!” answered the doorknob, yawning to life.
"Gwwaaakk?! It talks?!" hollered Donald.
"So loud, you woke me from my nap," the knob murmured.
"Good mornin," greeted Goofy.
"Good night! I need more sleep!" it yawned, preparing to snooze some more.
"Wait! Tell us how to get small!" blurted Sora.
"Why don't you try the bottle, over there," it whispered as it returned to its sleep.
When we looked back to where he indicated we saw a table appear out of nowhere, we all flinched back in surprise. Sora walked up to the table and picked up a bottle that had a down arrow on it, and he took a drink. He put the bottle down and he began to shrink right before our eyes. When he finished shrinking he was about a half a foot high and was waving up at us from the top of the table.
"You guys drink that stuff, there is one little thing that needs to be done," I said, turning to look around.
I spotted a couch, pushed it in, and a second door was revealed. When I turned back everyone was waiting on the table for me. I took a quick gulp, the juice had a myriad of flavors to it, it was pretty good. When I was done appreciating the drink I found that I was already shrunk down. The five of us then jumped down from the table and brushed ourselves off.
"Oh boy," I sighed, knowing what was next, and a second later we had about thirty Heartless appeared, blocking our way to the door. It was about a fifty/fifty split between the shadows and these little, flying, red, teapot things.
I was really beginning to hate this so called Wonderland.

Your grammer and sentence structure could use a lot of work, but I suppose it's not a horrible idea...
