I find the whole idea kind of strange, and I can't pin-point why. Ah well, maybe I'll figure it out later. Cool...I guess. YOU KNOW WHAT WOULD BE AWESOM SAUCE?!?!? (sorry, my caps lock seems to be broken) Steampunk suirkens! (surely spelt wrong...this laptop has no spellcheck)

I second that. Sharpened gears ftw, useful and classed as a weapon.
I guess there could be clock/steam designs caved into the hilt but other than that it would just be a normal katana.
