I was just browsing the internet and another forum I go to and I happened to come across this website.
http://www.d2items.com/skills.phpNo, I am not trying to get you to buy from d2items.com, however, they have an excellent skill builder. Which comes in handy if your not sure which kind of character to make, or if you just want to find out how much damage you will do at a certain level.
It does require some self calculation with weapons and such, but for casters it's great. Just thought I would let everyone know about it.
