Zakuro grinned as he watched what unfolded before him when his bolt and Shoku's zanpaktou collided. It absorbed it huh? Zakuro watched as the young vice stood up; he seened as if he didn't realized what happened between his own zanpakuto for a moment.

Zakuro then anticipated what Shoku was about to do...sorta. As Shoku lifted his sword, Zakuro readied himself for his signature disarming technique (which, come to think of it, wouldn't have work based on Shoku's zanpaktou type) Zakuro figured he'd just dodge it then probably display his array of wondefully mastered skill of the Demon Arts.

As Shoku then stopped mid-attack and retreat, he noticed what he was about to do. (one of good things about being able to read movements) As the blade lost its shine and he began to fire his hado, Zakuro raised his hand, "Bakudo#39, Enkosen" Just then a barrier erected in front of him acting as a shield towards the byakurai. The obviously stronger bolt slammed into the shield, sending Zakuro a bit backwards. He then dropped the shield and began slowly shunpo'ing in random areas around Shoku.

"Sprinkled on the bones of the beast..." Zakuro's voice echoed in different areas. "Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring..." Zakuro's finger began glowing a sun-like yellow. "Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm..." His voice resonating through the air. "The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle!" Zakuro stopped ten yards away behind Shoku. A ball of yellow energy now circled around his finger. "Hado#63, Raikoho" With the ending his incantation, the small ball bursted in a massive wave of shocking energy rushing towards his... challenger.

From that point on, Yuiki desperately tried to keep herself standing.
This was not an average hollow. She shouldn't have wandered alone.
Knowing no one was nearby, she attempted a slash, and hit the mask just in the right spot.
Her mind went blank, and she crashed to the ground.
I was lucky...
The enormous dust cloud she created in her landing puffed into the crystal blue sky, and the clouds seemed to thicken.
Her katana landed a few feet away, near a grove of trees.
The sun glared, and after that, she was awakened by a loud noise.
