I got a free midsummer swirl and I went all the way to the victory and got Radio Jack. So should I sell now for 550+k or should I hold on to him to see if the price goes up?

As with most prices: there are no guarantees.
My own experience watching prices on these kinds of things is that they will continue to fall as long as the RIG is still available. Then when it is announced that the RIG will be leaving the Cash Shop the price will spike as people panic.
What happens longer term after that depends on how desirable the item is in and of itself. It could go up, it could go down.
And as usual, this is free advice, worth what you paid for it.
