You need: - raw, fresh spinach - 2/3 cup of fresh, diced strawberries - 2/3 cup of dice blue cheese - an onion, thinly sliced (and I mean thinly) - 1/3 cup of avocado - extra virgin olive oil - balsamic acid
Distribute the spinach equally on two plates. Do the same with avocado, strawberries, onion and the blue cheese, preferably in this order. Pour the olive oil and several drops of the acid over each plate.
Eat with fresh French or Italian bread.
You can replace strawberries with a little peeled and diced pear or an equal amount of grapes.

I think I've eaten and really enjoyed a salad like this before, except without avocado. Sounds delicious!
