Assuming she's my guildie, and is utterly clueless about the Heigan fight. She's our only de diseaser until either mom or my priest hits 80. She died 6 times on one Heigna fight last time we ran it, as it was our last attempt so the druids decided to torture her by drawing out her misery. I am not a shaman. What should shamans do to not fail at heigan? And what can she do to practice, outside of the heigan fight, because we really don't want to play around with heigan to teach her how to disease control. Repairs = not fun

Totem of cleansing out a little ways in the middle. Cleanses any disease/poison of anyone in the party in the 30 yard range every 2-3 seconds forget which. If the shaman is resto. Yell at them to hit their cleanse button >_> If its elemental/enhancement then cleanse disease will have to do.
Make sure their unit frames displays the disease when someone gets it. Just take them out somewhere in a raid. And Get someone to get a disease by a random mob and see if shaman can see it.
Should take her out and teach her the importance of the dance. 1 2 3 4 3 2 1. And if she's really still holding you back, I think a pug disease cleanser might be the answer. May be harsh but one bad apple shouldn't spoil it for the rest of the apples @_@
