I'm going to give everyone a quick summary of the book. okay so Chloe Saunders seems perfectly normal until one day at school she sees a ghost and it freaks her out. She is then chased by this ghost and ended up kicking a teacher trying to hold her down as she screamed about a ghost. She was put to sleep and taken out on a stretcher. She then finds herself in the hospital and soon after in Lyle house, a place for insane kids. She meets Derek(who has superstrength, hearing, sight, smell, and doesn't look like a normal 16 year old) Simon (derek's step brother who can knock people back without touching them) Rae(with an obsession with fire) Tori (extreme mood swings but seems normal) and Liz(makes thing fly around when angered.) On the first day Tori( who is a b***h) makes everyone know that Chloe thinks she can see ghosts(which upsets chloe). The doctor tells chloe that she'a a schizophrenic but chloe later finds out that she is actually a necromancer. Now it is up to her to get out of this place.
