Energy. It’s the driving force behind all existence. Without energy we are stationary and stuck in the same position. There is a world where energy is manipulated for people’s own needs. These people have energy in them to pull off amazing feats. It has helped them become advanced and powerful. They use this power for enforcing the laws of a city. A great city where imagination is as vast as the ocean that surrounds it.

The city is a large, amazing, some what man-made island that is constantly growing. It has hundreds of amazing places from volcanoes that burn as hot as the sun to mountains that reach the heavens. Forests, deserts, beaches and countless other amazing features. He had to make the island contain as many features the world had prior to the massive flood that destroyed everything.

The island is made from the work of the raw energy and He himself had made it from the remains of the former beautiful planet. He had saved as many people, animals, and resources as he could from the flood and made the island paradise for them. When he made the island paradise he made sure that they all were made in one city. A single settlement. A single one-world rule so that no war between nations can spawn. So far no major wars have been waged.

Now he rests in another land and the people are taking up after him to expand and create their new world.

A certain form of energy is all beings. It lays dormant until brought out. The energy is called Nirill. Nirill is a measure of how strong one’s life energy is. They can create, destroy, alter, restore, warp, kill, and do other things with Nirill. Nirill is in every cell. Every human being has Nirill and can use it. But it takes intense training to force it our to use it for one’s own benefits.

It is more then a millennia since the island’s initial creation. Now people live their lives as we live ours. But lives can be in jeopardy. At the creation of the island He also created an agency to enforce good will. This is called “En4cement”. It consists of 4 operations that all do things differently but work for a common good. The operations are: Black Shadow, Red Tiger, White Water, and Blue Ghost. These groups of En4cement members are the border between prosperity and anarchy. One society and war between two groups of people for their respective cause.

There is a Leader and a Second Hand of each operation. These eight people are considered to be the most powerful in Nirill control amongst other things and have full respect from the island city.

This story is about En4cement and their lives, conquests, failures, success, and triumphs. This is a world slowly decaying in its own life-force. They have to save it. This place doesn’t need a form of law enforcement. They need a hero to save their world before it falls apart into ash again. This is Ash Land.
