Pisssh diabeties is the least of my problems with my family's health history.
I'll be lucky if I don't got a tumor growing on my colen!
Or if I don't have a heart issue,
though I doubt that, if I had a bad valve, I'd be dead by now.
Heart failure is hard to miss.
The best way to kill someone;
